Mike and Don clean up the Newark Bay Waterfront Walk - 10 bags of garbage, and a shopping cart and 
plastic lids.

April 17, 2009 - 16th Street Park - 28 bags of garbage, 2 tires and 2 crates. Thanks to the Passaic River/Newark Bay Restoration Program of the PVSC for taking the garbage.  

March 20, 2009 - Newark Bay Waterfront Walkway near Ave. A. - 21 bags of garbage by three people, Don, Lana and Mike.

Shoreline Clean-up at 16th Street Park. 
Pictured Below: Shawn, Kent, Mike--and Pat (who took the picture) worked from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., picking up 25 bags of trash, 4 pallets and numerous large pieces of junk, including a car fender and a shopping cart. 
Shoreline Clean-up Results:  April 14, 2012   The Bayonne Nature Club teamed up with Americorp and the Ambassador of the Hackensack Riverkeeper to do a clean up at Newark Bay Waterfront Walkway.  A total of 12 volunteers picked up 61 Bags of garbage in 3 hours.

Clean-up, from left to right: Lynn, Caroline, Ed, Damien, Mike and Donna.  Thanks to everyone, including those who didn't make it into the picture.  We picked up 27 bags of garbage, several milk crates and plastic sheets in 2 hours.

March 23, 2013: After Hurricane Sandy: 25 volunteers picked up 35 bags of trash, 6 tires and a porta-potty in 2 hours.  We thank Passaic Valley Sewage Comm. Shoreline Clean-Up Project for their help. We also thank Bayonne Public Works for the dumpster and tools. We salute our many environmental heroes who volunteered their time and energy in this project.

Clean-up Volunteers - January 19, 2013 Picture below.  In one hour and 15 mintues, on a cold windy day, 14 people cleaned up 25 bags of garbage, pallets, plyboard and plastic sheets.  Thanks to all of you for joining. YOU ARE OUR ENVIRONMENTAL SUPER HEROES!!
